• ClassicCarPartsClassifieds.com is a forum for people to advertise their
parts for sale and to bring buyer and seller together. We do not act as a
middleman between buyer and seller, nor do we get involved in any way,
in the sales transaction.

• We are not responsible or liable for any actions resulting from the use of this
web site.

• We do not warrant the accuracy of any information in the ads on this site and
do not participate in any resolution of differences between buyer and seller.

• Complaints against a seller could result in that seller being barred from future
advertising on this site.

• Ads will only be accepted for merchandise that pertains to the specific heading
that the ad will be listed under. Any thing for sale that does not meet this requirement
will cause the entire ad to be rejected or deleted.

• Ads with misleading or inappropriate information will not be accepted and
should they inadvertently get posted, they will be deleted immediately.

• An individual's name, phone number, city and state must be listed at the
bottom of the ad. Email addresses and URL's are optional.

• Phone numbers and all contact information contained in the ad must belong to
the advertiser. If we attempt to contact the advertiser to verify an ad and cannot,
the ad will be immediately rejected or deleted and any fees will be forfeited.

• We do not sell, share, disclose or display any personal information that is given
to us.

• Advertisers must agree to our truth in advertising pledge and any violation of
that pledge could result in the ad(s) being deleted from the site and the advertiser
banned from posting future ads.
